I told him to create his social media accounts with his channel name on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit and add it on his channel, also add these links as well as channel introduction briefly in the description box by pasting them in the upload defaults tab (not to put every time while uploading), so the reviewers can check the authenticity of his channel.

I also told him to create the video thumbnails showing his presence and uniqueness, as the Youtube team visit and probably not opening all the videos of that particular channel, they see their thumbnail work. That reflects the hard work of the creator. Sometimes they may be impressed and enable the Monetisation.

Apart from social media links in the description box, try to explain your video in a few lines or add the article or website link to refer to or read completely.
