Dallas, a modern metropolis in north Texas receives a heavy rainfall this morning. We have shared a pic from North Greenville Ave. Dallas, Texas. The Cars are stuck in flooded water on north Greenville Ave. After watching the situation I feel like this is the first time the rain came through Dallas in a month. Are there any Tornado Warning or Thunderstorms in Dallas Today?
Yes, at 12:50 PM: An almost solid band of storms has pulsed up from Plano to Dallas and Arlington SW into Granbury/Glen Rose areas. Just very heavy rain, lightning, and some gusty winds. No hail.
Continues to move east which means it ends during the afternoon...getting quieter late day.
At 1:15pm - Thunderstorms dropping very heavy rain and lots of lightning bolts in eastern parts of Dallas County. Watch out for standing water on roadways from heavy rain.
