In his remarks at CPAC 2022 yesterday, Donald Trump Jr. said that Russia's President Vladimir Putin wouldn't have attacked Ukraine if his father were still President, because 'people understand strength, they understand resolve, they understand balls'

Donald Trump Jr. said:

'There's a reason it didn't happen under President Trump: People understand strength, they understand resolve, they understand balls,' Trump Jr. delivered the final speech at the four-day Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, Florida.

'Think about how things are going right now,' Trump Jr. said. 'That the administration that currently is in charge wanted to put together a program to hand out crack pipes.'

'Because you'd have to be on crack to think that they're doing a good job, right?' Trump Jr. said.
