US President Joe Biden departs the White House en route to Joint Base Andrews. The President is expected to speak on climate change in Somerset, Massachusetts.
Air Force One will be en route to Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport. Hitching a ride back to Massachusetts with POTUS on Air Force One: Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey, Reps.
